- Organic steel cut oats
- Herbalife Peanut Cookie PDM
- Herbalife Banana Caramel F1
- Water/Almond milk
- Dark chocolate chips
- Mix 1/2 cup oats with one scoop of Herbalife Peanut Cookie PDM and one scoop of Herbalife Banana Caramel F1
- Boil 1/2 cup hot water or almond milk and mix until you reach the proper consistency.
- Add a few (or more than a few if you’re like me) dark chocolate chips!
